I never knew Nibs when we were at Park. I got to know him at our reunions and luncheons. At one of the Browns Lake outings Sue and I spent quite a while talking to him and came to like him a lot. He was a guy who could talk to anybody and make them laugh. One of those people (there are several others in our class) who can leave you feeling better about yourself, no matter how your day is going, after being in their presence.

May our friend Nibs Rest In Peace.

I knew Nibs in high school and was impressed by his positivity.  He was a lot of fun and he always spoke well of other people.  Having an opportunity to see Nibs last year at one of the breakfasts, I was impressed that he still carried that positive persona.

Rest in peace Nibs!

Nibs was a fine man. Great to be around. Always had a positive spin on life. A good neighbor and friend. He will be sadly missed by all who know him.

Nibs was one of those "unforgettable" characters that Reader's Digest used to feature. Always a smile on his face and a happy-go-lucky persona. I got to know him better when we were Seniors at Park. We dated a little bit and he had the nerve to "dump " me for a cute Junior, Kim Flanigan. We laughed about that later on and I think he even poked fun of my demise when he signed my Kipi.

He was asked by St Catherine's to complete his high school adventure somewhere else, so I think he came to Park as a Jumior. He never gave up his ties to St Cat's though and celebrated reunions with both schools.  He was a fun guy to call a friend. I will miss seeing your face at our get togethers, Nibs.

I am so sorry to read about Nibs.  We hung around the Brat Stop oh so many years ago.   He was a shirt tail relation.....his Aunt Mary was married to my uncle for awhile.   He was a wild and crazy guy.... fun.  So sad to read this.  It was fun to see him at our mini reunions.    Glad we caught up    Our days are precious.

I can count on one hand with fingers left over the number of my classmates the loss of whom will create and maintain a painful void in my heart.  Nibs was among that number.  He wasn't just fun, he was good.  He wasn't just good, he was kind.  He wasn't just kind, he was helpful to a fault, the kind of soul whose integrity and goodness showed every moment that I knew him.  I will miss him dearly for a thousand years.

I too will miss Nibs.  I didn't really know him in HS, but really got to know his sense of humor at the "Panther Brunches" (which I dearly miss).  RIP Nibs.  You will be missed immensely.
