We are beginning to plan for the “Class of '65 Best 70th Birthday Bash Ever” which we will hold in summer of 2017. We're suggesting this because we had so much fun at the 50th, and we're not getting any younger! Let's kick up our heels as long as we can.
We're thinking about a 2-3-day event, held on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so as not to compete with weekend events in Racine. We're talking about an afternoon/evening gathering at the Waterfront restaurant on Browns Lake, an evening dinner at the Reefpoint Brewhouse on the Racine lakefront, and several elective events like golf, a "Kringle tour" at O&H, a Wind Point area bike loop, etc.
We'd like to do things a bit differently than the 50th to keep things fresh. But we'd like to hear your thoughts on the subject before we nail things down.
