We were BFFs from Knapp Elementary until the end.  Joyce was a sweet, quiet, and caring person.  We were both involved in music and certainly challenged our conductors by switching instruments and seats.  After college Joyce traveled with me to Parsons, Kansas where I had a six month internship to complete.  We had lots of fun on the drive down to Kansas.  It was Joyce's first flight when she returned home.  I miss her.
