William John Hay was born on May 3. 1947 and passed away on June 30, 2008 in San Antonio Texas. He had been maried at one time to Ann L Hay almost 26 years. They divorced in 1998.
Bill was my best friend for years. We had many years of laughter and adventure with the group we hung out with back in the day.
He always was quick to laugh at the silly things that life would throw at us. I lost contact with him after our Navy/Air Force days. The last time I saw him he and his wife Lillie came to dinner at my firrst wife and my home.
