RACINE - Madeline J. Bell, 57, died at St. Mary's Medical Center on Tuesday, May 31, 2005.

A lifelong resident of Racine, she was born on October 22, 1947, to the late Arthur C. and Dorothy (nee: Van Swol) Freitag.

Madeline graduated from Washington Park High School in 1965.

She was employed by Multi-Products, Inc. Madeline attended Atonement Lutheran Church and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading and bingo.

Her survivors include her children, Rana Auger and Brad (fiancee, Mary Ridenour) Auger both of Indianapolis, IN; brothers and sisters, George Nielsen of Racine, Robert Nielsen of Kenosha, Margaret Robinson, Rose (Tom) Kirkorian, both of Racine; as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, her brothers, Herbert (Verna) Nielsen, William Freitag; sisters-in-law, Kitty Nielsen, Betty Nielsen and brother-in-law, Jack Robinson all preceded her in death.
